Unfortunately, many people still believes that learning stops once they have obtained their degrees, failing to recognize that personal and professional growth is a ongoing process. Employers, on the other hand, have begun to value candidates who demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, seeing it as a sign of resilience and adaptability.
